• No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the platform.
• Respect other members and their cultural identities.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant CulturedLink a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

5. AI tools

Outputs from CulturedLink AI tools are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Validate before relying on them for commercial or legal decisions.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CulturedLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
